If you caught my Instagram Stories earlier this week, I talked about the pressure to “bounce back” physically after having a baby. I think it’s so important that women go at their own pace and take all the time they need. Our bodies just did something AMAZING and we’re going to need time to heal and recover.
For me, I started to feel much more like myself this week and it got me excited about starting to move my body more. Now, don’t get me wrong, I won’t be doing crazy hard workouts any time soon, but I am looking forward to continuing to feel better and further down the road, starting working out again. I thought it could be helpful as I start down this path to share my postpartum fitness must-haves so I rounded them up below.
