Hi! My name is Sarah Elizabeth Ray and welcome to my little corner of the internet where style meets home and family. I’m coming to you from my (mostly) renovated farmhouse in eastern Tennessee where I live with my husband Orvil – aka the guy with the amazing beard – his son Blake, my daughter Harper, our shared daughter Birdie and our two pups. We’re a crazy, blended bunch and life is wild, but I wouldn’t have it any other way!

You’ll find lots of home decor on my blog as well as family and lifestyle content, but my real passion is art. Once upon a time I was an artist living in Nashville working with some of the music industry’s biggest stars and had my paintings displayed in various places across the music city. However, after a few unexpected turns like divorce and relocation, I somehow managed to become a “blogger” – a career I’m very grateful for – and eventually found my way back to painting ( you can see my work here). Life sure looks a lot different than I thought it would, but I firmly believe I am exactly where God always planned for me to be.
