Happy Sunday y’all!! I hope you are having the best weekend with your friends and family. I have been spending a lot of my extra time planning Harper’s birthday party. I really want it to be special for her. Can’t wait to show you all what I’ve been working on!!
So let’s talk pancakes!! I love them! I live and work for breakfast ;). It’s my favorite. You will LOVE these pancakes! They are so good and super sweet that you really don’t even have to use syrup!
Estimated time: 25 minutes Makes: 12 standard size pancakes or 40 mini pancakes
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg lightly beaten
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
3 tablespoons of oil
half a bag of nestle semi- sweet chocolate chips
1. Mix all dry ingredients first, then pour in the wet ingredients! Then add half of the chocolate chips (save the other half to toss on top while its cooking)
2. For standard size pancakes pour about 1/4 cup batter onto a hot lightly greased skillet. Cook over medium. Spread batter if needed. Wait until it bubbles in the middle and then flip! Enjoy!!!
Toss more on top after it’s cooked! Make sure to share with your friends or pin on Pinterest!!
Have a fab day! Xoxo Sarah & Harper
